Johnson Graduate School of Management Scholarship. Sarmad has deep subject matter expertise in financial transactions, such as loans and guarantees, as well as in intellectual property transactions, including the valuation of hard-to-value intangibles.

Stefan is a seasoned economist and commercial leader with over two decades of experience specializing in the Oil & Gas sector. He holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and has built a distinguished career with internationally renowned firms such as McKinsey & Co and Accenture. Stefan has also worked with major industry leaders across the globe, including Chevron, ADNOC, and Qatar Petroleum, where he provided strategic economic insights and guidance. His expertise extends to advising on numerous private equity deals, leveraging his deep knowledge of the sector to drive successful outcomes for his clients.
