Loi applicable

Cette déclaration légale et tout litige y afférent seront régis et interprétés conformément aux lois de la province d’Alberta pour les services rendus au Canada et aux lois de l’Émirat d’Abu Dhabi pour les services rendus aux Émirats Arabes Unis, sans égard aux principes de conflit de lois. Pour les services rendus dans des juridictions autres que le Canada et les Émirats Arabes Unis, la loi applicable sera déterminée en fonction de l’emplacement spécifié dans la lettre de mission.

Force Majeure
